The Opportunity
As a Senior SAP SD Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients transform and optimise their sales and logistics processes through SAP S/4HANA.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to design future-state solutions, lead workshops, and deliver end-to-end SAP SD implementations that create measurable business value.
Whether it's a greenfield implementation, S/4HANA conversion, or process optimisation programme, you will play a pivotal role in shaping successful outcomes for customers.
Your Responsibilities
✔ Leading SAP SD workstreams within large-scale SAP transformation programmes
✔ Advising customers on best-practice sales, order-to-cash, customer service, and logistics processes
✔ Designing and implementing SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements
✔ Supporting SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion initiatives
✔ Conducting requirements gathering workshops with key business stakeholders
✔ Driving process optimisation across Sales, Logistics, and Customer Experience functions
✔ Collaborating with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, EWM, TM, CRM, and Finance
✔ Supporting and mentoring junior team members
✔ Acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
✔ Several years of hands-on SAP SD experience
✔ Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
✔ Experience delivering SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects
✔ Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
✔ Fluent German and professional English language skills
✔ Willingness to travel as required
Desirable Experience
➕ SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
➕ Knowledge of SAP CS, LE, EWM, TM, or CRM
➕ Integration expertise across Logistics and Supply Chain processes
➕ SAP certification(s)
