Our established Next Step Academy is an example of our commitment to training and development and the perfect on-job training programme to quickly build and establish all the skills for success as an IT recruitment consultant. The regular intake of graduates to the Academy has enabled us to refine a blend of classroom and real world on-desk learning. Our graduate recruitment consultants’ progress rapidly on their carefully planned journey to a full 360 business development role.
Places for the Academy are strictly limited with four programmes scheduled over the year. More information can be found on our Next Step Academy page.
