Salary: €90,000 – €120,000 per year (all-inclusive, no variable components)
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join a dynamic HR IT team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions for clients, advising on HR processes, and delivering full-cycle project implementations.

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking according to client requirements
Translate business requirements into practical solutions with best-practice recommendations
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and solution-oriented guidance
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and system demonstrations
Support proposal work and contribute to winning new projects
Participate in end-to-end project delivery, ensuring smooth integration with Payroll and Employee Central
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementation and configuration
Experience in support & ticket management
Consulting experience in SuccessFactors modules
Strong understanding of HR processes and time management
Nice-to-Have Skills:
SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking certification
Knowledge of Employee Central and SAP HCM (Personnel Time – PT)
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project management
Conducting workshops and training sessions
Full-cycle project experience (end-to-end implementations)
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors projects
At least 3 full-cycle end-to-end implementations
