Overview

A globally operating Japanese manufacturing company is initiating a full-scale transition to SAP Public Cloud (Clean Core). The organisation is not currently operating on SAP and therefore requires extensive key-user engagement, structured change enablement, and end-to-end process harmonisation across all international entities. The client is fully aware of SAP Public Cloud concepts but requires senior, technically authoritative guidance through the deployment lifecycle.

Roles Required

We are seeking mid-level and senior-level SAP consultants with deep functional expertise in the following areas:

  • SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)

  • SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

Each domain requires:

  • 1 mid-level consultant

  • 2 senior consultants
    (total: 3 per functional tower)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute SAP Public Cloud (Clean Core) functional design, configuration, and deployment activities.

  • Conduct high-intensity key-user engagement sessions for a non-SAP-mature environment.

  • Support localisation requirements across 14 jurisdictions, including EU, USA, Japan, and the Philippines.

  • Collaborate with a multinational consulting team, including French-speaking consultants expected to attend on-site sessions with the customer.

  • Operate within an accelerated programme timeline from mobilisation through February 2027.

  • Provide senior-level advisory guidance, particularly for a client culture accustomed to traditional, "old-school" consulting styles.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrable expertise in SAP FICO or SAP EWM within global transformation programmes.

  • Prior experience with SAP Public Cloud and Clean Core methodologies.

  • Ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and inexperienced SAP user groups.

  • Strong localisation experience across multi-country deployments.

  • French language capability is mandatory

  • Availability for interviews during the bid and early mobilisation phases.
