About the Opportunity
Our client a multi-national tech giant, are preparing a competitive bid for a large-scale multi-national SmartRecruiters rollout. To ensure a credible, scalable, and compelling solution, we are seeking a seasoned SmartRecruiters expert to support both the proposal phase and the subsequent multi-country implementation programme.
This role requires a strategic advisor who can shape the roadmap, define delivery architecture, and provide executive-level guidance for what will be a complex, cross-border talent acquisition transformation.
Role Purpose
To provide subject-matter expertise in SmartRecruiters across:
- Bid and proposal development
- Multi-country implementation design
- Governance and operating model definition
- Programme advisory oversight
The successful candidate will help design a credible, competitive, and scalable solution aligned to global best practice in talent acquisition technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal & Solution Design Support
- Act as the SmartRecruiters SME during bid development
- Shape the solution architecture and implementation approach
- Develop a phased rollout roadmap for 10+ countries
- Define governance structures, resourcing models, and risk mitigation plans
- Contribute to cost modelling and effort estimation
Implementation Strategy & Roadmap:
- Design a scalable multi-country deployment framework
- Define global vs. local configuration standards
- Advise on integration architecture (HRIS, background screening, assessments, etc.)
- Establish data migration and change management approaches
- Provide guidance on compliance considerations across jurisdictions
Programme Advisory & Oversight:
- Provide executive-level advisory capability
- Identify implementation risks and mitigation strategies
- Support stakeholder alignment across regions
- Define best practice operating models for post-go-live support
- Ensure the solution is sustainable, scalable, and future-proof
Required Experience & Expertise:
- Proven experience leading or advising on multi-country SmartRecruiters implementations
- Deep functional knowledge of SmartRecruiters configuration and architecture
- Experience with large-scale ATS or talent acquisition transformations
- Strong understanding of global recruitment operations
- Experience supporting RFPs, bids, or proposal responses
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Desirable:
- Experience integrating SmartRecruiters with major HR platforms
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance considerations in multi-country deployments
- Programme governance and transformation experience
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
