• Fully remote
• ASAP Start
• Will need to work some hours in EST time zone
• Initial 6 month contract, extensions expected

THE ROLE

The ServiceNow FSM Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Field Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their field service needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of FSM functionalities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement FSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and thought leadership on FSM trends and innovations.
• Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating FSM capabilities and developing proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow and Field Service Management.
• Strong understanding of FSM workflows, integrations, and customisations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
