Job Title: German-Speaking ServiceNow Architect

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect fluent in German to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
• Lead end-to-end implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and related modules
• Act as technical authority and provide best-practice guidance to stakeholders
• Translate business requirements (German/English) into technical designs
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms
• Ensure platform governance, performance, and security standards are met

Requirements:

• Fluent German and strong English communication skills
• 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow, including architecture-level work
• Deep knowledge of ITSM and at least one additional module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs)
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Architect preferred)
• Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments
