We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery within a large-scale, multi-team environment. You’ll drive sprint execution, ensure governance standards are applied, and maintain alignment with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer.

This role suits someone with strong organisational and communication skills who thrives in structured Agile environments and has experience coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders.

• Hybrid, Brussels (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
• 3-year contract (initial 6 months + extensions)
• Start: End November / Early December
• EU nationals only

Key responsibilities:

• Own sprint and release delivery to ensure scope, quality, and timelines are met.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Identify and escalate blockers or risks to the Tech Lead / RTE.
• Maintain delivery visibility using Jira (dashboards, burn-downs, KPIs).
• Ensure backlog hygiene and Definition of Done are consistently applied.
• Oversee documentation traceability across requirements, stories, defects, and tests.
• Support release readiness and handover to testing/DevOps teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and team accountability.

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / SAFe principles and governance practices.
• Experience managing delivery through Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
• Structured approach to traceability, compliance, and documentation control.
