SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Integration Specialist (All Levels)

About the Role

We are working with a specialist SAP HR integration consultancy supporting global organisations in the transformation and integration of HR systems across hybrid landscapes (on-premise and cloud).

They are looking for SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Integration Specialists at all levels to join their growing international team and support a range of complex HR transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and third-party systems
• Work on SAP HR transformation projects across hybrid environments
• Implement solutions using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, and related middleware tools
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and architecture stakeholders on client projects
• Support end-to-end delivery from design through to go-live
• Contribute to workshops and technical solution design discussions

Required Experience

• Experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors (ideally Employee Central)
• Exposure to SAP integration tools (CPI / Integration Suite / BTP)
• Understanding of HR processes and data structures
• Experience working in system integration or SAP consulting environments
• Fluent German language skills (must-have)
• English proficiency for international project work
