Job Description – SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a growing HR technology consulting environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimise SAP SuccessFactors solutions across a range of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects across one or more modules
• Conduct client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
• Translate business needs into system solutions and functional specifications
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules based on customer requirements
• Support data migration, integration activities, and testing phases (SIT/UAT)
• Provide training and guidance to key users and system administrators
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project delivery and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in both national and international project environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and solution optimisation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (any module exposure welcomed, e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.)
• Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation project
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR digital transformation
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and system configuration
• Familiarity with testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and deployment activities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a consulting team

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules
• Knowledge of integration tools or SAP Integration Center
• Experience in HR system migrations or global rollouts
• Background in consulting or client-facing project delivery environments
