SAP Finance Associate Manager

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Leitung und Unterstützung von SAP FICO-Implementierungen, -Rollouts und -Erweiterungen
- Sammeln Sie Geschäftsanforderungen und übersetzen Sie diese in funktionale Spezifikationen
- Konfigurieren Sie SAP-Module, einschließlich:
- Hauptbuch (GL)
- Kreditorenbuchhaltung (AP)
- Debitorenbuchhaltung (AR)
- Anlagenbuchhaltung (AA)
- Kostenstellenrechnung (CCA)
- Profit-Center-Rechnung (PCA)
- Führen Sie Systemtests und Integrationstests durch und unterstützen Sie UAT-Zyklen.
- Arbeiten Sie mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams (MM, SD, PP) für die End-to-End-Prozessintegration zusammen.
- Bereitstellung von Produktionssupport und Behebung von Zwischenfällen innerhalb der SLA-Zeitvorgaben
- Prozessverbesserungen vorantreiben und beste Praktiken empfehlen
- Erstellen Sie die Dokumentation, einschließlich Funktionsspezifikationen, Testskripte und Benutzerhandbücher.
- Unterstützung der Datenmigration, des Abgleichs und der Umstellungsaktivitäten
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten & Qualifikationen
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrung mit der Konfiguration und Unterstützung von SAP FICO
- Gründliches Verständnis von Finanzprozessen und Buchhaltungsprinzipien
- Kenntnisse der Integration mit anderen SAP-Modulen (MM, SD, etc.)
- Vertrautheit mit S/4HANA Finance ist von Vorteil
- Die Fähigkeit, funktionale Spezifikationen für technische Entwicklungen zu schreiben
- Starke Problemlösungs- und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Kommunikation und Stakeholder Management

SAP Finance Associate Manager
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICOConsultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in finance processes and hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and optimisation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure SAP modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
- Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) for end-to-end process integration
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
- Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
- Prepare documentation, including functional specs, test scripts, and user manuals
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
- In-depth understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
- Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
- Ability to write functional specifications for technical developments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
