On behalf of a client with offices in Luxembourg, We are seeking an SAP Fieldglass consultant to lead the implementation of our clients contingent Workforce Management solution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and optimizing SAP Fieldglass to streamline our external workforce management processes, from sourcing and engagement through payment and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration

• Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementation including system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure job posting templates, worker administration objects, and contingent types to support organizational requirements
• Set up vendor management system (VMS) processes for contingent labor, independent contractors, and Statement of Work (SOW) engagements
• Implement integration connectors with existing SAP systems (ERP HCM, ECC) using standard Fieldglass connectors

Process Design & Optimization

• Design and implement the complete procure-to-pay process for contingent workforce management
• Configure sourcing, engaging, managing, and paying workflows with compliance and measurement capabilities
• Establish automated work orders, time sheets, expenses, approvals, and payment processes
• Implement background checks, security access controls, and compliance monitoring

System Integration

• Configure standard connectors to interface with SAP ERP HCM and ECC
• Set up data flows for vendor information, cost centers, task codes, and billing rates
• Implement single sign-on (SSO) and electronic signature capabilities

Training & Support

• Develop and deliver training programs for hiring managers, procurement teams, and system administrators
• Create user documentation and process guides
• Provide post-implementation support and system optimization recommendations
