Microsoft Defender specialist

Summary Description: We are seeking a contract Microsoft Defender specialist for a fixed-term position. Immediate start required. Salary will be offered as a day rate plus expenses. Location and language requirements are flexible.

Requirements Description: The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Defender products, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Office 365. Certification in relevant areas is preferred.

Tasks Description: Responsibilities include fine-tuning and optimizing Defender products, correlating alerts, and proactively addressing security threats. Automation of actions based on activities is also required.

Essential Skills/Experience Description: Candidates must have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender products. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description: Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum is a plus.
