Legion WFM Solution Architect

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a Legion solution architect for a EU roll out project.

Remote working role with potential onsite visit (Europe).

The role :
Act as the bridge between sales, delivery, and customer success, ensuring that enterprise customers implement and optimize the Legion WFM platform effectively. The role combines workforce management expertise, solution design, stakeholder management, and pre-sales consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
  • Design workforce management solutions aligned with customer objectives.
  • Create and validate solution blueprints and implementation approaches.
  • Support pre-sales activities, demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Define implementation scope and prepare Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Guide delivery teams through solution handover and implementation.
  • Provide configuration oversight and WFM best-practice recommendations.
  • Identify optimization and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Mentor consultants and promote implementation standards through a consulting Center of Excellence.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations.
  • Comfortable operating across pre-sales, delivery, and customer success functions.
