Gen AI Tech Lead
About the Role
We're looking for a Gen AI Tech Lead to join our clients internal consulting team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and delivering Generative AI applications that drive real productivity gains across the business - taking ideas from concept to proof-of-concept to full-scale deployment.
Mission
- Work within the internal consulting team to identify high-value use cases for Gen AI applications that increase employee productivity
- Drive proofs-of-concept (PoCs), validate their impact, and iterate based on findings
- Lead the deployment of successful applications across the business, ensuring adoption and measurable impact
What You'll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders across departments to uncover pain points and opportunities where Gen AI can drive efficiency
- Scope, design, and lead rapid PoCs to test Gen AI application concepts
- Define success metrics and validate PoC outcomes against real business needs
- Iterate on solutions based on user feedback and performance data
- Own the technical roadmap for scaling validated solutions into production across the organization
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and IT teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and well-integrated
- Act as a technical thought leader on Gen AI capabilities, trends, and best practices internally
- Mentor and guide other team members on Gen AI tooling and implementation approaches
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and deploying Gen AI / LLM-based applications in a business setting
- Strong technical background (e.g., software engineering, ML engineering, or data science) with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
