Key Responsibilities and experience required

Strong hands-on engineering experience with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Proven ability to guide, mentor, and support other engineers within a collaborative team environment

Experience working on large-scale data migration projects, ideally transitioning to GCP, dbt, and Dagster

Solid Python programming skills (essential), with experience in building and maintaining data pipelines

Familiarity with modern data stack tools and best practices (ELT/ETL, orchestration, testing, and deployment)

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
