• Spearhead a major, multi-year ERP S/4HANA transformation program, defining project priorities, timelines, and resource allocation across departments.
• Lead the program management activities within a highly collaborative Program Management Office, reporting to senior leadership on status, escalations, and key decision points.
• Establish program governance structures, oversee risk management, and ensure timely and effective communication across stakeholders.
• Partner closely with project managers to monitor, coordinate, and drive multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Engage directly with cross-functional leaders to streamline processes, report financial and performance metrics, and make tactical adjustments as needed.

• SAP Expertise: Extensive Knowledge within at least three of the following modules EWM,PP,PM,QM
• Language: Must be fluent in English and German
• Experience: 10+ years in SAP implementation, with a strong background in S/4HANA and complex project management in international environments. Previous experience in pharmaceutical or GxP-validated settings is preferred.
• Skills: PMP certification (preferred), exceptional organizational and technical expertise, excellent stakeholder communication, and leadership ability.
• Additional Expertise: Digital transformation, change management, data analysis, and familiarity with Google Suite tools are advantageous.
