We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Developer to join our team in Poland, contributing technical expertise to our growing portfolio of projects.

Job Overview

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions to meet client requirements. This hybrid role allows you to work from one of our offices in Poland (e.g., Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk) and remotely, collaborating with consultants, architects, and clients globally. You will leverage your technical expertise to build robust, scalable, and efficient solutions within the D365 F&O platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++, .NET, and other relevant technologies.
• Design and implement extensions, integrations, and custom workflows to enhance D365 F&O functionality.
• Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Perform data migrations, system integrations (e.g., with Power Platform, Azure, or third-party systems), and performance optimizations.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in D365 F&O implementations.
• Write and maintain high-quality code, adhering to best practices and Microsoft development standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of development tasks within project timelines.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure solution reliability and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with D365 F&O updates, new features, and development tools to recommend innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or Dynamics AX) development, with strong proficiency in X++ programming.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and the D365 F&O development framework.
• Knowledge of D365 F&O modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources) and their underlying architecture.
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Logic Apps, Data Entities, OData, REST APIs) and Power Platform is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) to collaborate with local and global teams.
