We are supporting a key client in Brussels who is looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of modern workplace solutions. This role suits someone with strong technical depth and confident stakeholder skills, able to guide both business and IT teams through transformation.

What you’ll do
• Lead end to end delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive and Power Platform
• Act as the go to advisor on architecture, migrations and integrations
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Drive governance, security and compliance across the environment
• Deliver workshops, training and adoption sessions
• Mentor and guide a team of 10 technical and functional consultants
• Oversee planning, workload distribution and project progress

What you bring
• 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft 365 consulting and architecture
• Strong expertise in one or more core M365 areas
• Experience with on prem to cloud migrations
• Solid understanding of identity, security and governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Dutch at native level
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus
