Commissioning Engineer - Frankfurt, Germany - 6 months+

A leading and innovative Data Centre client are looking for Commissioning Engineer to work onsite in Frankfurt, Germany on a long term project!

The Role
  • Oversee commissioning of large scale DC sites 
  • Assist in establishing milestones for completion of various systems (MEP, IT, Construction) to allow sufficient time for pre-testing and testing for development and remediation projects
  • Lead remediation projects and maintenance tasks relating to the Building Automation System in collaboration with the Site Operations
  • Facilitate the review for the BMS/Controls documents against deliverables for QA/QC
  • Coordinate the review of pre-construction and As-Built BMS/Controls design documents from the Project Design Consultants by Automation SMEs
  • Document and track controls related documentation, and create documentation for each site
  • Ensure all required design and change instructions for the Controls design package is approved by the Construction PMs and reviewed by the Automation Engineers
You Experience
  • Over 5 years Automation and Commissioning experience and knowledge of space and power management for colocation environments
  • Hands on experience within automation systems/critical environments
  • Experience with mission critical infrastructure (Data Centre experience strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with cross functional teams, internal stakeholders, external subcontractors and managing end clients
